  • Distribute one-page preliminary summary with attached budget to alert system in the approval process: Program Description, impact, participants and budget with total costs, In-kind contributions, matching requirements
  • See Mike Franklin/Nicole Lambert for review of budget, in-kind contribution, administrative costs, and indirect expenses
  • Submit proposal for approvals (Click here for an electronic version of the "Grant Application Internal Approvals Form")

Foundations

  • Must have Academic Affairs Approval for Project
  • Need to be committed to the program not the source
  • Must see Robin Jackvony, Institutional Advancement
  • Must have Development Concurrence
  • All Foundation grants applications have a Letter of Support from President
