The Bryant University Department of Applied Psychology is developing a unique and powerful major program in Applied Psychology. This program combines the theoretical side of psychology with the application of those theories to all aspects of thinking, behavior, and interaction.

The major involves five components:

  • Psychology coursework, both psychological theory and application.
  • Business coursework (e.g., Accounting, CIS, Finance, Marketing, Management).
  • Liberal arts coursework (e.g., Economics, Literature, Mathematics).
  • Modes of Thought (Cultural, Historical, Literary, Scientific, Social Science)
  • A minor, either in a business department or a liberal arts department.
