Debbie Pond-Heide, retired Chairwoman for Adecco North America, a Fortune 500 staffing company, visited Bryant University on March 26, 2008 to discuss her non-traditional path to success. In her presentation,“There’s more than one way to break the glass ceiling,” Ms. Pond-Heide spoke about some of the personal challenges she faced in her 20 year career to illustrate the importance of finding and using unique personal strengths to define and pursue success, and using obstacles as a true opportunity for growth.
