Mission Statement

The Office of Planning and Institutional Research (OPIR), reporting within the President's Division, serves as the centralized repository of archived and current information on Bryant University students, faculty, and staff. The office is responsible for collecting data and analyzing information relevant to Bryant and documents trends in higher education. These efforts provide benchmark data, support institutional planning, and further assessment efforts that advance the University's mission. OPIR serves as Bryant's official source of information for government agencies and external publications.

OPIR is responsible for providing information that is relevant, reliable, and timely. Office procedures adhere to FERPA guidelines and ensure the confidentiality of all members of the Bryant University community.
