 Course Description
This course will address a broad scope of energy issues, including basic energy concepts, patterns of energy usage, conservation techniques, energy technology, cost/benefit relationships, risk analysis, and governmental policies.  Renewable energy alternatives will be emphasized. The course has been designed to provide technical information, to direct the student toward pertinent literature, to identify problems and issues, and to consider appropriate solutions and analytical techniques for energy management.  Discussion and understanding will be emphasized, and all course activities will be evaluated when assessing student performance.
