The following table lists the "Effluent Monitoring Requirements" issued to the City of Woonsocket, Rhode Island.  Under these requirements, the city is granted the authorization to discharge specified levels of sewage and waste water from the Woonsocket Wastewater Treatment Facility.  The following table and information all come from this permit, and was acquired by our groups members at the Rhode Island DEM. ~ The permit also specifies the locations at which the permittee is required to take samples.  The measurement frequency and the sample type are both set by the permit.  All of the following effluents are collected at the same particular site: Outfall 001A.
