Murray-Darling River

The Darling is the longest of rivers in Australia. With a total length of 2,740 km, it is also one of the world’s major rivers. This website will provide a accurate portrayal of the environmental surroundings of this massive river and other issues facing the Murray-Darling Basin. From the various range of wildlife to the environmental issues such as water conversation, salinity, and runoff variability this website will provide some general information about the Murray-Darling River and some helpful links for further investigation of the river.
