I look forward to the opportunity to talk with you individually at my office.  I am often on campus Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and you may find me in my office doing research or preparing for class. Of course, other duties do take me away from my office. But I have set aside 1 hour each Tuesday and Thursday--from 10:00 to 10:50--for you to drop by and see me.  If these times are not convenient for you, please see me after class or send E-mail to arrange an appointment.  I will be happy to meet with you by appointment any time that I am not already committed.
