About us…

Due to time restraints and other commitments, we found it easier to work, for the most part, independently on the completion of our web site. We came up with the topic together, as we were both interested in it.

At different times, we collected and gathered information that we felt was important to our project. We basically did this on our own when we had time. Mary, because she had previous experience, was initially in charge of creating the actual web page and the links.

Chrissy benefited from this knowledge and was able to create her own links by the end of the project. We went through the information together and decided what we felt would be good for our page.

Both of us put a lot of time and effort into this project. Looking for information, deciding what was needed, getting the page to look just right, and dealing with minor mishaps. Our only regrets about this project are that we were unable to find sufficient information on ferris wheel accidents and that our requests for permission to use pictures were not received in time for admission into the web page. All in all, we had fun creating our page and learned a lot about George Washington Gale Ferris Jr. and the production and operation of Ferris wheels.
