Conclusion
 
Hopefully I've suprised you with the number of cars based on the same platform as others,  although I just scratched the surface.  If your car was included, you may have a slightly different perspective now, and if not, search the internet some more, you'll probably find that your car has a shared platform too.

I was amazed at the number of cars based of the K-car, but most of the others I was already familier with.  The age of some that I was familier with suprised me as well.  This project got me to think a little more on the topic than I had as well.
