I've just graduated from the Minsk State Linguistic University with  BA degree  
in Humanities. You are free to e-mail( astulova@hotmail.com) your opinions about our project  in English, German, Italian, Russian and Belorussian. I do believe that the knowledge of languages is very important. It gives you freedom in the expression  of your ideas  
regardless the nationality of your interlocutor. Moreover it is a contribution to the creation of  the global peace. Isn't it great?

My name is Dmitry Mashina.  
It is pretty nice of you to visit this site and especially the page. The year 1999 I've graduated Minsk State Linguistic University with BA degree in humanities. I'm 24 and live in the beautiful city of Minsk, the capital of Belarus (It is somewhere in Europe between Poland and Russia). I like all the possible -ing actions (reading, for instance) and admire all existing beauties (beautiful girls also). I'm looking forward to continue my studies and research. This site (as you have already guessed) is dedicated to comparative studies of African-American and Belarussian Folk Music. This topic is closely connected to my Final Project at the University. I'm Vlad Chudakov and I'm participating in the VAMP project on folk music.  
I'm from the picturesque town Borisov (about 80 km from Minsk), it's known as the place where Napoleon troops were defeated, also for its beautiful crystal production.  
I have BA in humanities and now I'm studying for the master's degree. My interests are connected with American studies (African American in particular), that is why I'm doing this project. I also like music, theatre, computers and crazy about spending time with friends and
