Standard Federal Forms:

When applying for and reporting for a Federal Grant there are Standard Forms the federal government require be used. Standard application forms are available through the Grants.gov site or http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/grants/grants_forms.html

The most frequently required reporting forms are:

SF-269 , Financial Status Report (Long Form)

SF-269A , Financial Status Report (Short Form)

SF-270 , Request for Advance or Reimbursement

SF-271 , Outlay Report and Request for Reimbursement for Construction Programs
