Grand Hall Approval Request Form
The Grand Hall Approval Request Form must be filled out when requesting use of the Grand Hall at least 30 days in advance to the event. Prior to filling out the form, please check the availability of the Grand Hall. If the room is available, please put a tentative hold on the room by submitting a WebViewer request. An event in the Grand Hall will not be confirmed until the form has been completed and signed by the University President.

Grand Hall Set-Up Request Form
The Grand Hall Set-Up Request Form must be completed at least 10 business days prior to an event to specify event set up needs.
