Food is an important aspect of any event. Part of our success is understanding the clients needs and designing our menus to fit those specific needs. As such, the Conference Office staff works closely with clients to identify the best dining options for your participants. Bryant has a full in-house caterer that offers a wide variety of unique food options. From the traditional continental breakfast to the elaborate sit-down dinner with several courses, our catering staff is able to deliver meals with style.
To make it conveienent for clients, our catering department offers a comprehensive menu of traditional conference meals for you to choose from, but this represents only a starting point. The Conference staff can work with you to customize menus specifically for your special occasion.
If you are interested in booking a residential conference with Bryant, your participants will be able to dine in our recently renovated dining hall, Salmanson. The dining hall is divided into stations with a wide variety of options at each station. A typical lunch in the dining hall will consist of a classics station that changes each day as well as standard items that will be present for each meal during your stay on campus, such as a pasta/pizza bar, deli sandwiches, an extensive salad bar, soups, vegetarian/vegan options, desserts, and ice cream.
Since each group has slightly different needs, the Conference Office will work with your group to determine the best menu options in the dining hall as well. Furthermore, the Conference Office and Food Service staff will work to provide individualized meals for conference participants with special dietary concerns as well.
