Get to Know Us

What is the Commuter Connection?

We hold general meetings that are open to all students with an interest in getting involved (commuters AND residents). We work to bridge the gap between residents and commuters here on campus. Our goal is serve as advocates and advisors for commuters both new and veteran. Quite simply, we're here to make on campus life better and easier for commuters and residents alike. We also hold several fun events on campus every semester.

What can I do as a member of the Commuter Connection?

As a member, you can be on the frontlines, helping to plan and put on fun events for fellow commuters, and residents to come and enjoy themselves, and meet new people.  You can help us better the Bryant Community by sharing your ideas, concerns, and comments with the group that can help put them into action. We're all about getting involved, and making new friends.

Do I have to be a commuter to join?

Absolutely not! We want everyone to be a part of our great organization. Without the support of resident students, our mission is a much more difficult one. We encourage any Bryant student who is interested in having fun and meeting new people to join.

I heard something about an office. Where is that located?

During the fall 2008 semester, the commuter connection moved to its new office, on the second floor of the Bryant Center. We are adjacent to room 2C, in the old Shear Art salon room. The room has been totally revamped and is now one of the hottest hang out spots on campus. Come check out the fridge, comfortable couches, study area, computer, and 32 inch flat screen TV!
