Meetings

1. Trips: We discussed possible ideas for trips and set a tentative date of April 5th for a trip to The Met. in NYC.  Specific times and plans will be discussed in future meetings.  The Worcester Museum is another place we may visit over the semester.




2. Other events coming up include the Phantom of the Opera in Providence on March 1st.  People can go individually, or a group from the AA might go together if there are enough interested.

   
   

   The Bryant Center Annual Art Exhibit is coming up from March 25th to April 11th. We've decided to let anyone in the association who wishes to print out and frame a couple of pictures to be submitted all together.

   
   

   We also discussed fundraising opportunities and decided to postcard sale in the spring (in March or April) with pictures, drawings, and photographs from our members on them.  Other ideas include doing a fundraiser, similar to the Uno's fundraiser, at Junction, Panera, or Papa Gino's.

   
   

3. Dues for this semester are $5, and you can give the money to Yan.  Also, we are submitting our budget and trying to get more money for next year.
