Meetings Here is what happened at the meeting today. First, Mike talked to PapaGino's and we have a fundraiser scheduled for Tuesday night, March 25th, from 4 to 9 PM. We are going to make copies of the flyers we have, and get them around campus (better than we did for the Uno's fundraiser). It is the same deal as the Uno's fundraiser--we get 20% of the bill for people who hand in our flyer. Second, we discussed displaying photographs for the President's Art Series. Please let Alina know if you need to use our advisor's printer to print them. If you do this yourself, be sure to use standard black frames to match every one else's. You need to get all this done in the next couple of weeks. Third, dues are $5.00 for the spring semester, and only five people have paid. Please get your dues in to Yan by the end of the month. Also, you can give your donation to the Make-a-Wish Foundation to any member of the e-board (Alina, Mike, Yan, or Matt). You can donate the refunds of the Boston MFA tickets if you'd like. We also plan to collect any extra money we have from fundraisers, so we can make a large donation before the deadline. Finally, we discussed the trip to the Met, on April 5th. It will be $11.50 both ways from New Haven and back, for a total cost of $23.00 per person (out of pocket). We talked about some of the time and decided that getting to New Haven for the 12:00 PM train into NYC and taking the 9 PM back to New Haven. That means we'll have to leave Bryant around 9:30 or 10:00 AM on Saturday morning, and then get back between 12 and 1 AM Sunday morning.
