Alan Duro ’07 admits he hadn’t really thought much about the spartan furnishings provided in a dorm room before going to college. “Bryant’s partnership with a company that provided the room essentials opened my eyes to the need for dorm-room related products,” he says.

Alumna finds her passion helping others create a charitable legacy for Bryant.
When Kim (Murray) Butler ’89, ’97 MBA was a little girl, she watched her mother walk out the door in her business suit every morning, off to her job as Treasurer and Controller at J.F. Moran. “Watching my mom put on her ‘power suit’ and set off to work as a respected corporate executive inspired me,” she says. “I always knew I wanted to get a degree in business because of her enthusiasm for her career.”

Headlines from Bryant
The Bryant Interfaith Center has won the 2010 Honor Design Award from Faith & Form magazine/The Interfaith Forum on Religion, Art and Architecture. The award, presented in the category of Religious Architecture -- New Facilities, will be included in the winter awards issue of Faith & Form and will be exhibited at the American Institute of Architects national convention.
A group of Bryant marketing majors won the statewide competition to name Rhode Island's new transport hub. The new Intermodal facility at T.F. Green Airport will be known as the INTERLINK, according to the announcement from the Rhode Island Airport Corporation.
Associate Professor of Economics Edinaldo Tebaldi and Bryant alumni Lelani S. Bonner '06, Kevin M. Ricci '94 and David C. Sweet '05 are among the 40 Rhode Islanders selected by the Providence Business News to receive the 2010 "40 Under Forty" awards for their contributions to the state. In Connecticut, Dan O'Brien '03 was one of 40 similarly honored by the Hartford Business Journal's 2010 "40 Under Forty" award.
Bryant Football makes National Television Debut

The Northeast Conference announced their football television package for the 2010 season which marks the largest deal in conference history and will feature Bryant University vs. Monmouth University, October 16, 2010.
