With this issue of the e-newsletter, we welcome over 800 Bryant seniors.
On May 22nd, they will officially be part of the Bryant University Alumni Association – a vibrant and vast network of over 40,000 undergraduate and graduate alumni representing 50 states and more than 60 foreign nations. Membership in the Bryant University Alumni Association is free for all graduates.
The Office of Alumni Relations continues to develop and enhance exclusive alumni benefits and services that return value to our graduates while also building a lasting relationship with the University. Communicating to a diverse audience: Don Lariviere ’89
Bryant education catapults alumnus to position as manager of internal communications for 18 European countries for office supply giant Staples.
In April 2009, Don Lariviere ’89 headed into work in Ontario, Canada, prepared for just another day at the office. His company, however, had other plans for him. “At the end of the day, my former manager at Staples Canada told me that Staples Europe had come calling,” he says, “and wanted to relocate me and my husband, Matt, to Amsterdam.”

Senior Class Gift Campaign
Class of 2010 Celebrates success

Senior Class Gift Co-chairs Chris Lussier, Meghan Aloisio, and Alex MacKenzie rally their classmates to a successful conclusion.
Chris Lussier, Meghan Aloisio and Alex MacKenzie worked hard all year to raise awareness on the importance of giving back to Bryant, and it seems their diligence has paid off. They raised more than $40,600 with 54% participation from their classmates, surpassing their goal of $40,000 with 52% participation!

Regional Alumni Network Events
Bryant University alumni will have many opportunities over May and June to gather for informal networking. In May, Bryant will be in Minneapolis with a special gathering of students and alumni. In June, regional activity takes place throughout New England and in Chicago. Also in June, President Machtley will travel to both Philadelphia and Washington, DC.
