Program Data and Evaluation Coordinator
Support data collection and program evaluation efforts of Crossroads Rhode Island. Assist in assuring agency wide compliance with the Homeless Management Information System and other grant requirements related to data collection. Coordinate program operation and grant reporting. Must have experience managing staff, coaching and developing others in a social services agency. Transitional Housing Program Coordinator-Family Center
Provide assessments, crisis intervention services, case management, referrals and follow up services for families residing in transitional housing. Serve as an advocate when appropriate and will effectively coordinate all programs and resources. Maintains and develops cooperative working relationships with partner agencies to ensure effective property management and service delivery. Conducts home visits and implements ongoing life skills training for program participants. Bachelor’s degree in social work or closely related field.  Minimum two years experience in family social services setting preferred, including knowledge and experience relating to community resources for referrals to families in need of services. Knowledge of diverse populations and advanced interviewing skills. Bilingual-written and verbal English/Spanish is desirable.

Workforce Development and Training Coordinator
Instruct and deliver the curriculum of an innovative Customer Service Training Program using a variety of engaging, effective methods of instruction and will assist students in securing internships, working closely to ensure successful outcomes. Recruit and assess potential students, must be comfortable taking initiative and have excellent follow through skills. Effective communication with students, referral sources, internship placements, employers and organization staff are necessary for success.
