Each of the two first year halls houses approximately 300 students. Hall 14 is a four-story building with two wings, connected by a main lounge on the second level. Hall 15 is also four stories, with the wings connected on each floor. Each wing in both halls has a cluster of double bedrooms around a common bathroom.
	Each floor has both a study lounge and a social lounge. There is also a large common lounge in each hall that serves as a general meeting room, information area, and place for social programs. Also available for students is a fully applianced kitchen complete with a microwave, oven, and stove. Laundry facilities are also available to all students.
