Your name will appear on your diploma and in the Commencement program as it appears here. If you need to make changes to your name, Undergraduate students must make all changes with Academic Records. Candidates are also asked to check a comprehensive list posted outside Academic Records beginning on March 1 to verify academic minors, secondary concentrations, and anticipated graduation honors.

All changes must be made no later than April 16, 2010. After that date, changes may not be able to be made prior to the Commencement ceremony.
