Accordingly, financial professionals are finding increased emphasis on the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation certification. This certification has long been accepted as the most recognized standard of competence available, and it demonstrates a personal commitment to excellence.
Bryant University's Certificate Program in Financial Planning
provides the scope of knowledge and expertise
required to deliver full-service financial guidance. Designed with the working professional in mind, this comprehensive
program provides the tools and information necessary to
assist clients in accumulating, conserving, and transferring
personal wealth and achieving their goals. As a CFP Board registered provider, our program satisfies the educational requirements if you decide to take the next step and sit for the exam to earn the CFP® designation.
You will receive a minimum of 38 hours of instruction with each course, which will
allow ample class time for reinforce-
ment of learning concepts, instructor feedback,
networking, and sharing of best practices with other professionals.
The Executive Development Center invites you to select individual courses to
improve specific skills sets, or complete all six courses to earn your Financial
Planning Certificate. Each course is 12 weeks and meets one evening per week
at the Bryant campus.
You can determine the pace at which to earn your certificate in as short as
10 months or up to 24 months.
Bryant can come to you or your company can host this program onsite for
groups at your location.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards
Inc. owns the marks CFP®, CERTIFIED
FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and

it awards
to individuals who successfully
complete initial and ongoing
certification requirements.
Bryant University does not certify
individuals to use the CFP® and CERTIFIED
FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification marks.
CFP® Certification is granted only by Certified
Financial Board of Standards to those
persons who, in addition to completing an
education requirement such as this CFP®
Board-Registered Program, have met its ethics,
experience, and examination requirements.
