Growing a culture of organiza-
tional
leadership and staying at the forefront of
our industry in areas of client service
and innovation are critical management
objectives of our organization.
We sought an ongoing educational
strategy that would provide a range
of management training opportunities
to advance the skills and careers of
our employees. Bryant's Executive
Development Center consulted with our
human resources team and managers
to develop both certificate and individual
course programs that would provide
the latest manage-
ment thinking and
best practices.
The benefits of our partnership
with Bryant's Executive Develop-
ment
Center are evident as we develop a culture of continuous
learning, support
core values, and grow our client
service capabilities.
