Catering Menu

Provided here is a selection of the most popular menu options for breakfast, lunch, and breaks. As you look through the menus, keep in mind that the Conference staff can work with you to customize a menu or develop a complete menu from scratch. Full dinner, dessert, reception, and special occasion menus are also available upon request.

In addition to menus, the Conference staff will work with you to make arrangements for linens, centerpieces, china, and appropriate meal staffing (including buffet attendants, servers, bartenders, and/or chefs if necessary).
